Rakhi (Teena) Kohli, M.D.

Dr. Rakhi Teena Kohli MD MS is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Geographic Medicine and Infectious Diseases at Tufts University School of Medicine.  She has been a practicing infectious diseases physician for over 20 years and her clinical interests include tick borne illness and immunocompromised hosts.  A native of Massachusetts, Dr. Kohli attended Cornell University followed by medical school at the University of Rochester.  She completed her internal medicine residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and infectious diseases fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY.  Dr. Kohli has been recognized as Castle Connolly and Boston Top Doctor since 2022.   She is currently working on methods for screening electronic medical records to estimate incidence of Lyme disease
