Ashlin is a member of the Tufts CTSI and a Clinical Applications Support Analyst. Ashlin has over a decade of experience partnering with experts in the life sciences in order to provide custom analyses and visualizations. He holds a PhD in Computational Science from Middle Tennessee State University. His multidisciplinary training in biostatistics, mathematical modeling, and high-performance computing allow him to leverage cutting-edge techniques and communicate with researchers from diverse specialties.  He is working on a project with the Tufts Lyme Initiative team to use electronic health records to predict the incidence of Lyme disease.
