I recently graduated from Mt. Holyoke College where I studied virulence factors of Chlamydia trachomatis.  I now work on a variety of projects in the Hu lab that include the development of human vaccines for Lyme disease, development of treatments to prevent tick bites and the testing of new antibiotics for use in human and animal infections with B. burgdorferi.
