Research Synopsis:

Helen joined Linden Hu’s lab as a research assistant in April 2026 after returning to the US from three years in Cork, Ireland where she got her master’s degree in bioinformatics from University College Cork. She has previously worked at the University of North Carolina, and is currently working on an analysis of B. burgdorferi genetic function. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and bone carving.
