Research Synopsis:

Katherine (Katy) Shea is a Nurse Practitioner in the Collegiate Center for Wellness (CCW) at Tufts providing urgent/ primary care including: PrEP, PEP, infectious disease, mental health and connect to care for local campuses including Berklee College of Music, New England Conservatory & Emerson College. Katy completed her undergraduate education at Boston University and her BS and MSN from MGH Institute of Health Professions. Katy is excited to assist the PROSSECO team with obtaining tissue and other organic samples from test subjects. When not endeavoring to understand the intricacies of Lyme disease recovery prediction, Katy sings in a 6 piece jazz band that performs all over New England.
